Sample Selects By Rio Dela Duna

Lupulo Records is proud to present the Sample Selects series, LSS01, in collaboration with the French DJ/Producer Roi Dela Duna. A native of Sète in Southern France, Roi’s fascination with disco music began at an early age. As a renowned producer, DJ, and label owner, Roi has transformed this passion into a prominent position within the house music industry.

Discovering house music in the ’90s pushed Roi behind the decks, leading him to cross paths with DJs Brown Suqar and Niko De Luka, with whom he founded the label Suka Records back in 2008. By 2012, Roi joined the mighty Stuttgart-based music group, Housesession, where he created his own label, Vamos Music. His unique blend of Latin and disco-inflected sounds has led to the release of his flagship track “En La Mar” on Bob Sinclar’s Yellow Productions/Africanism label, along with other releases on major industry labels including Urbana Recordings, Stealth Records, Pacha Recordings, Subliminal, and the mighty Toolroom.
