Reel To Reel Drums Vol.1 is a one-shot drum sample pack recorded from a vintage Ludwig drum set and encoded to a Tascam 424 MKIII cassette recorder at The Sanctuary in Nashville, TN. A 1960s-style tuning was applied across the set, and the Glyn Johns three-mic technique was used to capture the full character of the drums.

The Sanctuary provides an excellent tracking room, allowing the Ludwig drums to hit hard and ring out beautifully. These samples are perfect for producers seeking organic, vintage drum sounds with authentic tone and punch.
