Cumbia has provided folklore and identity to Latin American culture throughout the years. It was time to combine and upgrade this historic genre with more dynamic and modern rhythms that will add special spice and swing to your instrumentals.

You’ll witness traditional Cumbia meeting other new mainstream Latin genres like Reggaeton, Vallenato & RKT. The perfect mixture of rhythmic Latin patterns, all orchestrated by accordion, organ, guitar, quinto, bass, and synth melodies supported by compressed urban drum loops and newer processing techniques.

This pack features atmospheres that will make you feel like you’re walking late at night on the streets of Cartagena, Cancún or the most tropical city in Latin America. All the sounds were recorded by pioneer Latin sample company “Midilatino” and their elite team, who directed the musical research for this colourful project.
