Features & Additional information

For this pack we merged the classic TR-909 analog and digital sounds with the lo-fi processing of the budget SP303 from the early 2000’s. Dialing in just the right amount of grit and chunkiness without losing the overall feel of the original drum machine. From there we ran the sounds through our API preamps and Neve outboard gear for the right amount of saturation and warmth.

The 909 has a great vintage sound but the SP303 offers more versatility with its effects – a tough choice between the two!

  2. Julian Rivera

The sound quality on this product is impressive, but the layout took some getting used to. Would recommend for serious music producers.

  3. Benjamin Taylor

The 909 has a bit more features than the SP303, but both are great for creating beats on-the-go.

  4. Camila Stewart

I love the smooth workflow and easy sampling interface, but wish it had more preset effects to choose from. Overall, a solid choice for beat-making on the go.

  6. Aria Green

I love the ease of use and the quality of sound produced by this product – definitely recommend giving it a try!

The SP303 has been a game changer for my music production workflow – instant access to effects and samples, would definitely recommend it to other producers.

  8. Samantha Mills

The 909 had more variety in effects, but the SP303’s simplicity was perfect for my workflow – happy with both purchases!

  9. Addison Rogers

The 909 is great for live performances, but the SP303 offers more versatility in the studio. Definitely worth considering both!
